Special food gel for edible paper. Developed to enhance colors and achieve a realistic look of images/photos printed on edible paper. It also serves to protect the image from smudging and to adhere the image to the cake. Can be dyed.
Usage: Spread the gel on the back of the image and attach it to the cake. Then spread the gel on top of the image. Apply with a knife or spatula.
Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, gelling agent pectin, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
