Concentrated food gel colorant.
Net weight 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called sugarpaste. Add gradually starting from a small amount until the desired shade is achieved.
Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.
Max allowable dosage: 1.3 g / 100 g.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E102, E129, E110, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar ( E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).
