Concentrated gel food coloring.

Net weight 28g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - known as flower paste.

Add a small amount at a time until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usable dosage: 1.30g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E102, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
