Elastic Milk Coating 500g
Elastic fat-based coating for decorating bakery and pastry products.
Does not break when cutting. Also suitable for freezing.
Instructions: Heat to 50°C and use as needed.
Ingredients: vegetable oils and fats, sugar, dried milk components, low-fat dried milk, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers (E322/E492), flavor.
