Sandra Black - Blend for making black dough
Complete mixture for production of special cast materials with black color. For further processing.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, low-fat cocoa, powdered milk, chickpea flour, leavening substance (E450, E500), wheat fiber,
dried egg white, acidity regulator (E524), salt, thickener (E415).
Dosage: Sandra Black 1000g + liquid egg 560g + drinking water 320g + edible oil 180g.
Combine all the ingredients and allow to swell for about 5 minutes. Then mix the slider at a slow speed of 1-2 minutes to a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Spread on a baking sheet with a raised edge lined with baking paper. (approx. 40x40cm)
Bake at 230 ° C for about 7-8 minutes. Of the indicated amount, there are about 3 sheets.
