Sandra Black - Complete mixture for production of special black colored castings
Complete mixture for the production of special black casting compounds. Intended for further processing.
Composition: sugar, wheat flour, cocoa with reduced fat content, powdered milk, chickpea flour, raising agent (E450, E500), wheat fiber,
dried egg white, acidity regulator (E524), salt, thickener (E415).
Dosage: Sandra Black 1000g + liquid egg 560g + drinking water 320g + edible oil 180g.
Mix all the above ingredients and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Then mix with a paddle attachment at the slowest speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with raised edges. (approx. 40x40cm)
Bake at 230°C for about 7-8 minutes. From the specified amount, approximately 3 sheets are made.
