    Powder mix for preparing cold-process cream. Suitable for use in cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

    Dosage: Stabilizer 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g

    Instructions: Dissolve stabilizer in water. Immediately mix with partially whipped cream using an electric mixer. Whip to desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Let stabilize in the refrigerator for approximately 1-2 hours.

    Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatin, flavor.
