
Whipping Cream Stabilizer - Almonds - 250g
Dosage: Stabilizer 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g
Instructions: Dissolve stabilizer in water. Immediately mix with partially whipped cream using an electric mixer. Whip to desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Let stabilize in the refrigerator for approximately 1-2 hours.
