      A powdered mixture from Irca company for preparing cold creams. Suitable for: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

      Dosage: Lilly yogurt 200g, 500g water + 600g chilled cream.

      Usage: Mix the powder with water and slowly fold into whipped unsweetened cream.

                    Pour into suitable molds and let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. It can also be used for ice cream.
