Sweetened whipped cream from non-hydrogenated plant fats, containing soy proteins, thermally processed UHT, packaged with modern technology in an aseptic environment with a long shelf life. The product does not contain glucose, lactose, or hydrogenated fats, making it suitable for a gluten-free diet, for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage: as a replacement for animal cream, especially in confectionery for making pastries, desserts, Parisian cream, for making whipped flavored creams and ice cream.
It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5°C to 8°C.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.
