      Whipped cream stabilizer - sour cream - 250g

      Quantity :

      Powder mixture for preparing cold creams. Suitable for use in: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

      Dosage: Thickener 200g + lukewarm water 200g + curd cheese 400g + whipped cream 500g

      Instructions: Dissolve the thickener in water. Immediately fold into semi-whipped cream using an electric mixer. Whisk to desired consistency. Adjust sweetness and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for approx. 1-2 hours.

      Ingredients: sugar, glucose, gelatin, natural flavor, starch, citric acid, salt.
