Sheets: 1000 g Spongecake mix, 580 g water. Whisk all ingredients at speed 3 for 8 minutes.
Bases, bundt cake: 1000 g Spongecake mix, 500 g water, 80 g oil (optional). Whisk all ingredients except oil at speed 3 for 8 minutes, during the last minute switch the machine to speed 2, pour in the oil and let it mix.
Buffets: 1000 g Spongecake mix, 450 g water. Whisk all ingredients at speed 3 for 8 minutes.
