
Flomix - mixture for Florentine and caramel decorations
Simply sprinkle a 2mm layer of Flomix on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or in a mold, add chopped nuts, candied fruit, sesame, etc. If loose on the tray, break after baking, if Flomix is in a mold, remove the mold and bake. 180 - 190°C for about 7-10 mins.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, vegetable fat, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin, cream (33% fat).
