
Lilly - stracciatella - cream stiffener - 250g
Dosage: Lilly stracciatella 250g, water or milk 200g + 1l chilled cream.
Usage: Mix the powder with water or milk and slowly fold into whipped unsweetened cream. Place into suitable molds and let set in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. Can also be used for making ice cream.
Ingredients: sugar, dark chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), dehydrated corn syrup, gelatin, skimmed milk powder, starch, flavor.
