      All-natural cream stiffener for preparing delicious creams

      Whipped cream stiffener - blood orange - 250g

      A powdered mixture for preparing cold creams. Suitable for use in cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

      Dosage: Stiffener 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g

      Instructions: Dissolve the stiffener in water. Immediately fold into semi-whipped cream using an electric mixer. Beat to the desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste if desired. Use immediately. Let stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.

      Ingredients: sugar, glucose, blood orange - powder (equivalent to 74% fruit), gelatin, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), natural flavor, lemon juice - powder (equivalent to 0.2% lemon juice), salt.
