      Whipped Cream Stabilizer - Blueberry - 250g

      Powder mix for preparing cold-process creams. Suitable for use in cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

      Dosage: Stabilizer 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g

      Instructions: Dissolve the stabilizer in water. Immediately fold it with an electric mixer into semi-whipped cream. Whip to desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.

      Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatine, flavor, citric acid E330, colorant: black carrot extract
