      KARINA Pear is most commonly used for making creams and fillings, it can also be used for liquid fillings.

      KARINAS are mixtures that give pastry creams excellent stability while maintaining their elasticity. They are used in combination with whipped cream, butter or margarine. Creams prepared from plant-based whipped creams do not dry out.

      KARINAS are also suitable for use in plant-based creams in combination with dried gelatin. It not only gives creams fullness in flavor, but also ensures their smoothness and easier cutting of products. The cut is clean, smooth, and the creams do not stick to knives.

      KARINAS in variations with butter and the fat you use for fat creams. They provide a taste and color characteristic to the type of KARINA you use.

      Ingredients: vegetable oil, dried milk, glucose syrup, modified starch (E1414), dried whey, thickener E401, vegetable fat, roasted wheat flour, caramelized sugar, emulsifier (E472a), cocoa, flavor, salt, dye E101.

      Usage: Karina Latte Macchiatto 500g + water 250g

      Mix all ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes. Then whip to the desired consistency. Before further processing, let it rest for about 15 minutes and mix again. Butter can be added.
