A mixture for whipping with vegetable fat, sweetened. Designed for decoration and as a filling for bakery and pastry products
Instructions: As needed. To achieve the optimal whipping result, it is recommended to cool the product to a temperature of +6°C to +8°C before use, whip for 2-4 minutes to achieve the desired consistency. Store in a cool place after whipping
Ingredients: Drinking water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm kernel) (25%), sugar (12%), milk proteins; emulsifiers (E 472b, E 322 (soy), E 472e), stabilizers (E 460, E 466, E 340), flavor, coloring (E 160a). Allergens in bold
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
