      Whipped cream stiffener - black currant - 250g

      Quantity :

      A cold process cream mix powder. Suitable for use in: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

      Dosage: Thickener 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g

      Instructions: Dissolve thickener in water. Immediately fold into semi-whipped cream. Whip to desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Allow to stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.

      Ingredients: sugar, glucose, gelatin, blackcurrant pieces (equal to 17.6% fruit), blackcurrant powder (equal to 11.2% fruit), acidity regulator: citric acid E330, natural flavor, color: fruit and vegetable extract (hibiscus, carrot, red beet), edible salt.
