      KARINAS are mixtures that provide excellent stability to pastry creams while maintaining their smoothness. They are used in combination with whipped cream, butter, or margarine. Creams prepared from plant-based whipped creams do not dry out.

      KARINAS are also suitable for use in plant-based creams in combination with dried gelatin. It not only adds fullness of taste to creams, but mainly ensures their smoothness and easier cutting of products. The cut is clean, smooth, and creams do not stick to knives.

      KARINAS in the variation with butter or fat that you use for fat creams. They add a taste and color characteristic to the type of KARINA you use.

      Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oil (palm), glucose syrup, modified potato starch (E1414), dried whey, vegetable fat (fully hardened coconut), flavor, dried milk, acid (E330), emulsifier (E472a), wheat flour, coloring (E101).

      Allergens: dried milk, dried whey, wheat flour

      Instructions: 500g of mixture, 250g of water, 250g of butter

      Mix all ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes. Then beat to the desired consistency. Before further processing, let it rest for about 15 minutes and mix again. You can add butter.
