WHIPPING Cream - plant-based cream - unsweetened - 1L
Vegetable cream HOPLÁ unsweetened, suitable for whipping and cooking.
Usage: as a substitute for animal cream, especially in gastronomy - for cooking, sauces, to soften sauces, in the preparation of cold appetizers. In pastry making for desserts, cups, cooked Parisian cream, for making whipped flavored creams and ice creams. It is recommended to whip at a product temperature of 5°C to 8°C; if necessary, due to its high consistency, it can be diluted with water or milk, at a ratio of 200 ml of water (milk) to 1 liter of cream. After opening the tetra pack, store in the fridge and consume within 3-4 days.
